MSI Announces Specs for Wind U123 Netbook
- 0 Comments

MSI has finally announced the full specs of the U123 series of Wind netbook. The 10-inch machine is set to be sharper, lighter, and more compact than the MSI U100.
The latest Wind netbook uses an Intel Atom and a full 160 GB HDD. In an apparent contradiction to Microsoft’s regulations, DRAM on the new Windows netbook is 2 GB, a nice departure from the 1 GB of years past.

MSI claims the new U123 netbook is designed with mobile business in mind. For this purpose it has been outfitted with a 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and, thankfully, 3.5 G mobile access. And the new netbook won’t just be for business. Alongside the MSI Wind U123, the U124T has been released; a Wind netbook with an integrated TV tuner.
