Neo 101 Netbook Announced By The Stone Group

Stone Group has announced a new netbook for the thriving market to eat up – the Neo 101 netbook, a 10.1-inch machine with a 90%-of-standard keyboard.

The new device runs an Intel Atom, as expected, with 1 GB of RAM and an 160 GB HDD. However, it’s decently outfitted otherwise, including two USB ports, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, 3G, a 4-cell battery, a 1024 x 600 pixel screen, and a PCI Express Card.

Interestingly enough, it’s reported to have a “3-year guarantee”, though we don’t know much more about the specifics of the deal. The new Neo 101 netbook will be on sale in the UK early this May at £275 (around US $408), but we’re still in the dark about the possibility of a US release.
